Looking for Free Company

Me: Returning 2.0 player. Been back now for 3 months-ish. I have played EQ, EQ2, WOW, LOTRO, GW2, and FFXI extensively. I am looking for a very active FC that does things together. I prefer to spend my time running open world content such as Hunts, Gathering, Crafting, Maps, FATE's if anyone does them anymore. I do not really care for Discord or voice comm's at all. I talk to people for a living and I don't really want people in my ear when I am at home.

Your FC: You have leadership besides the founder. If the founder goes afk for a week or month, things are still managed. Leaders or Officers that quit the game are replaced eventually. You hold regular FC events (weekly-ish?), perhaps in some of the categories I listed above (I am more than happy to help run events). FC chat isn't dead because everyone is sitting on Discord. Usually 10+ people online and active during prime play times.

Hi Mana. I'm the Co-leader of NSFW on cactuar. While I have to admit that right now, we're probably not like the FC you're looking for, we used to be like that. Had events, not weekly, but at least for bigger events like easter, Christmas, etc. Chat was always a bit quiet, but people used to talk if someone wanted a conversation. Our officers are dedicated and take care of the FC.
Recently we lost a lot of members, due to them feeling bored in game, taking breaks and quitting or just going inactive. We are however looking to rebuild and become the kind of active FC you're looking for.

You'll want one of the bigger FCs then. No personal experience with NSFW, but their members seem nice enough when I see them. For other options: <FISH> or <Reign> or <Fire> I've heard good things about (sorry, dunno full FC names). Reign hosted a server wide fate farm to unlock the Ishardian Barding fate a few weeks ago. <kishi> (cactuar knights) as well was quite active once-upon a time. Again, can't say for certain if any of these suit your specific criteria since I dunno how they structure their leadership or anything, but worth looking into. :3 I know for a fact my own FC won't suit you even a little bit.
