[MAC] CTRL Issue

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing regarding an Issue that has surface when I tried to play and config my newly bought MAC version.

My setup consists of a SteelSeries Shift keyboard as well as a Razer Naga 2014 Edition, my computer is a 2011 iMac.

The issue is when I try to use the modifier CTRL with the Naga extra keys, it does not register all my inputs. In sum, instead of spamming a button with a modifier I have to be very carefully clicking CTRL first then the Naga's key.

However if I use the combination only on the keyboard, for exemple CTRL+1, it works fine and it's spammable.

Others modifiers seems to have the same problem.

Could you help me please?

This issue is actually not something that we can directly assist you with. I would like to mention that you may be having this issue because the In-game configurator may not be compatible with Mac.
