UI Icons scaling

Hello,

My current resolution is 2560x1080 and have all UIs at the default 100% scaling. All status icons, windows etc look normal, no blur or low resolution on icons or windows.

When I want to upscale my status info window and target status info window above 100%, all my enhancements and enfeeblements icons start to get blurry (low res) and only the countdown timer under the icon will upscale clearly. I've tried upscale it to 200% and the icon is so blur that I can't identity what status icon is it on some enhancements and enfeeblements.

Is this normal or just need adjustments on my side?
