Can't buy Heavensward?

Hello,

I just entered the mog station for the first time and saw that I only own the base game. However when I click the buy option next to "Heavensward" I get redirected to the Steam page for Stormblood?

Do I have to buy Heavensward from another source, or is that some kind of bug?

Check the details on that steam page. Heavensward isn't available on the ps4 store anymore but the details for Stormblood say it's included

Guys, I have a problem. I've got Heavensward for free (you know, that giveaway). I've received the pass, but i just can't activate it at mogstation! What am i doing wrong?

What version is it? PC/Steam/Ect

And what happens when you try?

do you have the steam version of FFXIV or the windows/PC version? currently there is no steam promotion for Heavensward for free. It's either PC/Windows or PS4 version. that's it.

afaik Heavensward (HW) free promotion is for anyone who own the base game ARR only, and want expand to HW.

If you buy the free promotion for a platform you don't have unlocked before, the code won't works. Steam is treated as different platform than Windows.
