Summon retainer and lockup game bug

Hello,

When I attempt to summon my retainer in the masons row, in Uldah the game locks up. I can still type into the prompt but nothing else. No menu. No movement. No pad input. Guts. The only solution is to force the program to shutdown and start again.

I called the GM, notice told me to do bug report and post here...

This has happened 7 times so far. Is the ward too full or something?

Please assist.

Just now I tried with a different client with much more power. Same thing again... Hmm. Previously on my normal client just after the last update I logged in and I managed to summon my 2nd retainer in the masons row. It was in the wrong spot so I tried to re-summon. At that time another player summoned their retainer and the bug happened again...

This happened on my BF's account several times...eventually I just gave up and logged out..couldn't manage to ever get the retainer up :(

I'd make sure it's not your PC/Installation acting up and try it with some other machine.
