Tournament Queue is broken and not working right :(

Tournament queue is broken. Why?

lack of ppl playing would be my first guess. content lull and all that.

So why:

Me and another have queued into the tournament, and never played against each other. (there were more people but us 2 talking proved it.)
None of us got queues for 10+ minutes.
2 people is enough to play a game, none of us got games.
We both tried cancelling and re-queuing as well.
