I got 2 questions, I hope you can help me out.
Question 1:
How old is Edda Pureheart at the End of Tam Tara HM?
What I already know (kinda):
The Lore-book stated, that Edda become an adventurer in the age of 16. Her companions were at the age of 19-21 at this time. We met them first before Sastasha (2.0) and the last time at the end of Tam Tara HM (2.3).
So, between the releases of 2.0 and 2.3 is about a year. Lore-wise it must be a few months (less than a year) between the events of Sastasha and Tam Tara HM. That means, Edda died at the age of 16 (or 17). On the other hand, its not really known how old she is, when we met her the first time.
Question 2:
Where are the most Raen? What happened to them?
What I already know (kinda):
Most Raen can be found in Kugane, Doma and Sui-No-Sato. But Doma was ruled by the Garlean Empire a few months ago and only a few Raen can be found in Kugane and the little underwater village Sui-No-Sato. Compared with the 51 tribes (!) of the Xaela from the huge Azim Steppe, it seems that Raen are very rare.
I wonder if there are other Raen-only-villages like Sui-No-Sato or if many Raen lost their lifes during the occupation of Doma and their escape to Eorzea. Sidurgu stated something, that the Au Ras were mistaken as dragons and attacked by Ishgardian knights. Yugiri hide her real appearance, because she feared the reactions from other races.

Two outings as an adventurer doesn't take very long, mind you, and between 2.1 and 2.3 we didn't travel around very much (at least compared to Stormblood, where, even though the year didn't change, it seems physically impossible that we didn't waste entire moons on just the sailing). We met an Ascian, killed two primals, and took a couple of meetings.
She kept a diary between the two Tam-Tara outings, which proves that she went home for a week, to Mor Dhona, to Thanalan, to Coerthas, and finally back to the Black Shroud before his head could become ... beyond her hopes? I guess? ... but she didn't mention a nameday in there.
The Raen in Sui-no-Sato keep referring to themselves as "We, the Raen" as if they speak for the clan, but that's not strictly true. The point of confusion here is that the remaining Raen lack a cultural coalescense. They're not in one spot, they don't identify a certain way; there are few bonds between them.Quote:

I can't help but wonder if Au Ra range as far to the west as Ilsabard, because while some Xaela tribes like Sidurgu's were stated to have fled from Garlean oppression, they also state that they've left the Azim Steppe untouched in MSQ due to its lack of resources.

I understand why they have the time bubble but it is getting a bit more ridiculous every expansion. The WoL has had a ridiculously busy year.

The time bubble -- is the entirety of 2.0 onwards one year? Or is the 2.x cycle one year-ish bubble, 3.x was one year-ish bubble, etc?
