Anyone not able to equip Titles?

I have earned about 5-6 Titles so far. But the option to chose a title for my self is still "greyed out" and I cannot click the titles button.

Couple friends of mine on Mysida also have the same problem?
IS this a known bug?
If its already been mentioned Im sorry.

Did you speak to the NPC after getting an achievement that has a title as a reward? (Example: you can equip the title "the Winter Wyrm" only after 1) obtaining all dragon kabutos and 2) speaking to the Seasonal Events NPC in Aleport)
