How can I find aquapolis/canals linkshells?

I'm looking for active aquapolis/canals linkshell on Sargatanas, Gilgamesh, Louisoix or Omega. I tried /shout in game but couldn't find any yet.

Have you tried setting up a PF? Usually that's a good way to get your intent across the server.
