<SQUAD> Rank 8 FC with mansion and all amenities is looking for a FC leader + members

Greetings!

I currently own a rank 8 FC (The Brute Squad) with a mansion that features pretty much every amenity. Trouble is, I don't have much time to play and though my fiancée and I enjoy owning and decorating the mansion, we feel bad that it's basically just sitting here empty most of the time.

I had originally purchased the mansion with the intention of using the basement as a machinima studio (and I may yet do so some day), but I got busy doing other RL things and put machinima on hold indefinitely.

What we'd like to do is either "adopt" an existing FC or bring someone in to run the FC, recruiting members, handling policies, static raids, etc.

You'd have full run of the place, including use of all three airships and whatnot, while I remained the owner of the house and basically deferred all authority to you. The only thing I'd ask is that you enforce policies requiring players not be jerks to each other.
