I found a couple of posts years old talking about this being implemented, but nothing on if it ever was or if it could be done?
To be specific, I'm not talking about Retainer Fantasia. I'm trying to put Mog Station hairstyles on my retainers if possible.
When you use a Fantasia and go to the Retainer Vocate, it sas you can instruct to send a retainer to the Aesthetician, but I can't find that option anywhere.

You do know you can use retainer fantasia right? That is pretty much the way to change their appearance.

Here the NPC says I can send retainer to Aesthetician, that's what I'm trying to figure out. -

I wanted to ask the same thing. I used a Fantasia on my retainer the other day, saw the message saying they could go to the aesthetician at any time, and wanted to use that to make minor changes to the other retainer (hopefully without having to unequip all their gear first) but I can't see the option.
