Suggestion to the naming of teleport locations

Having played the game from the start, its never bothered me, until just recently I wanted a newer player to teleport to Ishgard to meet me so i could help them in their questing. They couldn't find Ishgard. I couldn't understand why, figuring that they just never activated the aetheryte. After checking my own list, I found that the selection for Ishgard reads ( Foundation -- Foundation ).

Other locations such as Limsa Lominsa Lower Decks are somewhat self explanatory because it has the cities name in the teleport destination. It seems redundant to have Foundation listed twice in the same option. I would like to suggest this selection be renamed to (Ishgard - Foundation) to help those that may still be unfamiliar with the teleport locations.
