can see through LVL 60 Blacksmith Chestpiece

when changing poses on my female roegadyn wearing a certain level 60 blacksmith chestpiece, i noticed there is a clear gap where you can see whatever is behind my character's elbows. i dont know if this applies to other races or male roegadyn..
