Snow from event blocking FSH progression

The lvl 40 FSH quest requires rain om gradania... and I just screwed then? Until the events over? Theres no raincallers on the MB either.

it's the opposite of screwed: as long as it snows you can catch every fish wich normally needs a specific weather condition.

Although it is over now, for any purpose in ARR snow = rain.

I just did that quest like a month prior - and I thought about that quest...and realize...oh damn....they are screwed....good to know this isn't the case hahaha.
