Transfer issue!

I wanna move from Adamantoise to Tonberry for my friends. but system says I can't...

It says
- This character cannot use the World Transfer Service until 90 days have elapsed since the character was created. Please try the process again after 90 days have elapsed.

But i created my character 4 months ago, about more than 120 days.

I don't know how system counts this limitation days..

Are you on a pre-existing sub? Or paying sub month to month? Pre-existing meaning paid sub that has 4 months attached to it as a package deal?

A few steps you need to ensure:
1) No active quests for Grand companies
2) No leves active
3) House/Apartments may be destroyed in the process or as long as you have them active, may not allow them to move

The easiest way to tell whether you're outside of 90 days or not is on the mogstation logged days under your subscription. Does it say 90+?

I would wait maybe 24-48hrs more, and then check back after fully logging out and logging back into the site, and trying again. If not, may need to check with customer support. Did you happen to have ANY free days given to you by squeenix or FFXIV's system? As those do not count in your 90 days if you received free time from Squeenix, and may need to minus the days off to adjust for how many days left you need to make for full 90 days.

Some of the newer servers like midgardsormr give 15 days extra added time to the account after you hit level 30 with your first job in the new server with the XP bonuses. Therefore, would need to -15 days to get the true total of the subscription time period left to make the 90 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot assist on the Technical Support forums as we do not have the resources to resolve this particular issue. As such, you will need to get in contact with a Game Master in-game.

To contact a Game Master simply type “/supportdesk” while in-game, which will bring up the menu to contact one for further assistance. Explain the situation to them and they should be able to find a resolution to the problem.

Also, it's important to note that free game time does not affect the 90 day restriction for transferring worlds, so that would not be a concern in this scenario.

I think you need to have at the least, 90 active subscribed days, and it will require you to wait until you have the full 90 days of the subscription used up which on your screenshot shows you have paid for 90 days total and still have 7 of those days remaining until you need to re-subscribe giving you 91+ days.

I'd wait the 7 days, re-subscribe then try moving, it should work, if not then contact support for assistance.
