We are a mature, welcoming and friendly community spanning many MMO's such as EQ2 and SWTOR for over 10 years. We are GMT based and English speaking, but have members and good friends from across all of Europe and beyond.

After a having a lot of fun and a successful raid campaign in Star Wars the Old Republic, a few of us decided to try something different and have settled down in Final Fantasy XIV, which we are thoroughly enjoying.


Many people who join the Shadows of the Dragon community stay for the long term. We are not a guild who like to ignore one another in guild chat or never group up. We strive to group together and explore the game together, helping one another along the way. Our ages range from early 20's to late 40's and we respect the fact that each of us are different and others beliefs or viewpoints may be different to our own. There is no drama here, just a relaxed atmosphere where we know we are always welcome.

Final Fantasy has some fantastic group content available, so it's always better to share it with good friends, and we hope to build a thriving active community here.
We now have a Free Company house with all the usual amenities such as stables, crafting stations & jucuzi. We have also just launched our first airship


We are currently recruiting for new members, socially and for our raid team. We like to think of our raids as fun and casual but ensure they are focused, well run and successful. All experience levels and new players are welcome.
