Hotbar and Cross Hotbar

Hey everyone, I'm on PS4 with a controller, so I've just found the apparently common knowledge of allowing the keyboard hotbars to show so you can see active cooldowns instead of constantly cycling. SO, I've set it up the way I'd like and moved a few skills around to better suit my character. I'm now realizing that the hotbar does NOT reflect my cross hotbar. So I'm missing some skills from the cross hotbar. Why is this? How can I fix it?

When you say the hotbar doesn't reflect the XHB, do you mean the actions are not the same as you job you equip or is it unshared in the settings?

I have my hotbar 1 and 2 both showing on my HUD for better cd management, (on controller as well). Are you able to show us with image to get a better idea? Can upload something to imgur and post the link the to forum or can do it through PSN if you prefer.

Yeah, as soon as I get home I can post a picture. So I understand the abilities should be changing when I change jobs, I have all jobs to at least 30.

But for example, I have only XHB 1&2 used with rampart in one of them and on my HB 1&2 displayed horizontally, there is no rampart. Just a bunch of my previously adjusted skills. This was all done and adjusted while playing the same job.

Make sure your hotbars are not shared and place the skills you want to track on both your XHB and the normal one.
The normal HBs are no mirrors of the XHB you have to place the skills manually.

Legion88, you da bomb. That was exactly it. I figured they were the same since when I activated the HB, it showed up with all my skills until I moved them around. Didn't really click *facepalm*
