Blizzara spell bug

You can start casting Blizzara spell on yourself, then you get message that spell failed and you spend your MP anyway.

Because it casts an AoE centered on you. If a mob is in range, they'll get hit.

Name of NPC that your character was interacting with when the issue occurred.
*If you were not interacting with any NPC, then please write "None".

Monster Name:
Name of monster that your character was battling against when the issue occurred.
*If you were not battling against any monster, then please write "None".

In-Game Time:
Please list the in-game time that the issue occurred.

Steps:
Detailed steps on how the issue occurred.
*Please try to include the following details.

What you were doing when the issue occurred. (Example: Battle, mission, quest, crafting, synthesis, etc.)
Please do your best to write using official terms for item names and action names. Please avoid any abbreviations or improper terms.

What ? Not funny.. You can't cast Fira or Thundara on yourself. How comes you can do it with Blizzara?

Blizzara is an instant-cast SELF AoE. You aren't casting it on yourself. It always hits around you. You can't cast it on a mob. It activates around you regardless of who/what you have targeted.

Fire is a Target AoE. It hits the target as well as any nearby enemies. Thus you cannot cast it on yourself.

Thundara is an instant-cast single target spell. It hits a single enemy target, and thus like any other offensive spell it cannot be cast on yourself.

Yeah, basically it's functions is to bind a mob attacking you.
