WHM - Looking for active raiding FC

Ok people, I am on goblin and having a hard time finding an FC that fits what I am looking for and hoping to find it here! I'm 100% fine with switching servers!!!

Who am I: Most recently, head healer in progression guild on Rift!

I love healing and plan on getting all healing roles to 70, although WHM probably suits me best!

So I need a FC that does end game content and is friendly, but most importantly uses VOICE CHAT!!! And I don't mean for raids only, I need a FC that is on a chat and vocal whenever people are on. This game is super lonely and every other MMO I have ever played this has not been an issue. For some reason no one on my server wants to use voice chat unless they are raiding.

So when do I play:

10pm EST - 1am EST - everyday
