Optional Account Based Housing

I have two characters on the same world, and it bugs the crap out of me that I can't manage it/own it on both characters. We should have the ability to make our housing account based, instead of character based if we want. This would make it so players like me (who want to just have 1 house so I don't ruin the chance for someone else to have one) would not have to buy up more than one house or hop characters to access the housing. I feel this would be a welcome change, that may help free a small amount of housing.

hmmm when you think about it makes sense. Two different characters, two different story lines, two different inventories, ect...unless you made it FC housing that would be the only way for now, however only draw back is that you would only be able to join FC LS. I own large FC home mainly solo and join FC's through LS only.
