Forming a raid group!!!! New to raiding is welcome

This is something that you'll probably get a lot more interest in with either the Gilgamesh section here on the OF, or on Reddit, and/or through PF.

I keep getting people who only want to join for the upcoming content and not current raid content.

To be fair the current stuff may not be current for much longer, and raid groups only normally raid for a couple hours 2-3 times a week.
