Veteran MMO Player Migrating with Team to FFXIV and Forming New Hardcore Static

The gist:

I am looking for ferociously dedicated players to become part of a team being built from the ground up. Timeframe will 6:00 PM EST - 12:00 AM EST, days open for discussion. This will not be an easy affair. If you're looking to drop into a group and go this isn't the team for you. We're looking for all-stars, Space Jam style. We will analyze logs, constantly discuss optimization and hang out in Discord. This is a LONG TERM commitment for all involved.
