Looking for active FC

Ok so I'm giving up on an only PS4 FC, but I need a FC that is ACTIVE ON VOICE in discord. I am not interested in a chat heavy discord where no one is ever in the voice channels.

I'm new but loving fast. I can raid between 10pm EST - 1 am EST daily.

I am looking for a guild that welcomes new people (I'm not new to mmos or being the lead healer in 20++ mans). I need help learning the game, crafting and anything else worth learning.

I can't help with you this angle(as my FC is not active in discord voice and I personally have huge hangups with voice chat on the whole) but if you aren't on the Novice Network contact me in-game and I'll hook you up with an invite. from there you can ask for an FC that has what you're looking for.
