For some reason my Disarmed quest isn't available might someone know why?
Did you complete the quest "Heavensward"?
This is the final quest from the 3.0 main story quests and unlocks all basic level 60 content which has no other prerequirements.
If you are not sure what to do take a look here.
Are you sure you haven't already picked it up or finished it? Open your quest journal and have a look!
I have done both of these, i did complete the quest i am halfway through SB, and i looked in my journal and it isnt there
