Im at work and can't check, but can you glamour your squadron? thanks.

Yes, after you ding level 51 with your Squadron members. The gear must respect their level (their level or below), gender and job/class. If you want to dye them, do it before you cast it on them. The gear is not lost, but you'll need the glamour prisms in your inventory.
