I didnt get my Reward: Plumed Barding

I completed the Archievment Breaking Bo at 16.12.2017. Today i've recognized that i didnt get my Reward. I've red that a Npc named Jonathan @ Old Gridania (x10 y6) should give it to me but I couldnt find him. After that i went to the Lost property manager and he also had nothing in the archievment list I and II.

Ive written to the Support-ingame-center and they told me i shall tell the problem here.

His name is Jonathas and he's by Apkallu Falls in Old Gridania (up in the far left hand corner).
