Unable to log in on a specific character

Hi there.
So I was directed to take this problem here from chat support. All month I have been unable to log in to my primary character here. I start up the game and the loading screen displays, but is stuck loading indefinitely. I can create new characters, log in, and play on them just fine so that leads me to believe its an issue with this single char bugged. The problem came about first when I had a game crash while I was teleporting, which I'm told might have caused my character to get stuck somewhere. I've talked to email support, who said there wasn't anything they could do, and character should log out automatically in time, but it's been several weeks since then. Then I talked to chat support trying to make some kind of progress, and they sent me here. Hopefully something can be done, as I'm not interested in playing other characters with as much time invested into my primary :(
