PLD/RDM LF 4.2 static and FC

So... I've been considering bringing my alt over to Elemental DC/Tonberry (I'm currently at Primal).

Due to commitments I can't transfer my main, but it's very likely that my alt will become my main anyway since I'm going to be raiding on it.

I'm looking specifically for a tight-knit casual to midcore static that can buckle down and focus when it's time. I'm also looking for one that can poke fun at each other and accept criticism. I'm open to raiding most nights but this can be discussed further.

V1s-V4s is on farm, and I can supply logs on request during discussion. Playing pld would be my preference as I'm much better at it, but I can rdm to a somewhat lesser degree as well. :)

With regards to FC, I'm partial to joining raiding FCs, but would also be keen to hear from more casual FCs that does things together.
