Upon creating a new character I got some but not all of the items that it is supposed to give.
I have no receieved the fat chocobo whistle. My old character has it but creating a new one recently for stormblood I was given some rewards like the helm of light and such but no whistle.
it will only do so many letters at once. after you get those, theres an option to resend in the mailbox. Just look. it will send you the rest once you do this.
Make sure to delete the letters after taking the items from them.
