Unable To Buy Zeta Replica

Steps:
1. Completed the Zodiac Weapon questline on 26 Mar 2017, and obtained the Zodiac weapon for Summoner job 'Apocalypse Zeta'.
2. Completed sidequest "The Vital Title" a day or two after. The quest is now listed under Completed in the Journal log as shown here https://imgur.com/a/uArpO
3. Unlocked function for NPC Drake to provide for Zeta replica as shown here https://imgur.com/3KC2Suw
4. Traded the Zeta weapon in to advance through Anima questline.
5. Tried to buy the replica Zeta weapon from Drake, and yet the NPC declined my request as shown here https://imgur.com/a/59vbZ

Are you sure you didn't just hand the weapon over to one of your retainers and gathered the crystals to advance through the Anima questline?

The weapon's not in any of my retainer's inventory. I did 5 Anima weapons, the 5th was when I decided to just trade my Zeta since I wasn't inclined to FATE farm the crystals again.

Are you really sure about that? All five of your initial Anima Weapon achievements were earned before the 14th of August.

I got that date from the screenshot I took when I got my Zeta, which was a grave mistake on my part. I cross checked with achievement on Lodestone and it's fixed now, thank you.

Got my Zeta in March, and the last Anima I made was MNK fist, in May.
