Its not (yet) on the Mog Station, but you wont be able to obtain it in game either - except if you can find one on the marketboard, since those bardings were sellable.
That barding also wasnt from last years event but from 2013 - seeing how the rest of those rewards (the reindeer and snowman costume) are on the mogstation already, this might either be an oversight or you just wont be able to get the barding at all. -

The event page says about: Certain items available during previous iterations of the event can be obtained via the Seasonal Shop.
So possibly the barding and maybe even the Dream outfits will be available in game (all of which can be traded). Or they're just talking about fireworks...
Guess we'll find out on Friday though! -
