Revisiting Old Content

As we know, SE constantly keep new things coming, which is great, especially for end game/ veteran players.

However, I feel this may not be very beneficial for new comers into the world. Often, I found new players looking for party just to clear old content like dungeon and primals.

Old low level dungeon, well, nothing much can be done with that as they are part of MSQ. But primals, I love them, they are nice and cool looking beasts that are the soul of FF.

Wouldn't it be better for SE to make an improvement in them so old players revisit them (only in unsync mode of course)?? A simple thing like mini story from clearing normal to extreme mode and we will get cool items, etc.

They tried. It was called Anima weapon and Khloe.

That's why Free Company exists, so they can help the newcomers to clear old stuff.

I feel that there are already plenty of reasons to revist old content, specially EX-Primals and certain raids, but also dungeons: Mounts, pets, glamour-options (both the direct drops like weapons from ex-primals, but also the materials that you need to craft the "shiny"-weapons), TT-cards, things to desynth, housing-items (crafted using the special mats - even if you're not intrested in the furniture, both the mats and the housing-item might sell well), bardings...

Not to mention Khloe, our anima weapon and at least for tanks those tanking-achievments.

I've been playing this game for over four years now and you know what? As much as I love those primal-fights I kinda wanna be done with. I know that its difficult for new people (or is it, really? I'll get back to that!) but I dont wanna backtrack to those battles again - this suggestion has been made several times already and each time I question how useful it would be to begin with, because heres the thing: Even if they offer a new reason for vets to re-run them, what do you think those vets will do? Queue up for synched Ramuh or Thordan EX in DF? Of course not. They will do what we always do under those circumstances: Run the content with their static/FC/friends.
And with that we're getting back to my point "is it really so difficult for new people to do this content?" - My guess would be its only difficult if they're trying to queue up for it using DF. And maybe a bit less populated when trying to set up synched-PFs, granted. But you know how we cleared that content back then? By finding like minded people who were intrested in doing it in the first place - those people still exists and I can only urge every new person to join an FC that fits their needs and to build a network for themself with like minded people to tackle this content - just recently a member fo my FC unlocked the Warring Triade and we cleared both HM and EX synched with her (for every primal involved) - ...to be honest though: with 7 out of 8 knowing what they were doing and all of us being overgeared the fight wasnt to different from unsyching it... so if you want the "real experience" you actually dont want us vets in your party.

The game tells you to do this content with your adventurer friends - so go and find those friends, instead of waiting for strangers in DF! Might also help with future content.

TL;DR.: Please, no more backtracking to old content!
