Road to 60 Buff

I will try my best to explain my situation.

We (in game names Raging Fire & Smoldering Fire) started game roughly 20 days ago, we played game on free trial for a while then i went to my home town for a week between 21/11 and 28/11 i wanted to spend some time with my parents then i returned to university. So far we loved the game and decided to upgrade complete edition and we did.

This is not priority here but worth to speak of i havent get the gifts that mentioned in this lodestone (https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes...5d22338cf55ce7)

Smoldering Fire got the gifts i contacted with support team they said you didnt logged in that week ,,i mentioned before,, thats why you are not eligible for gifts.

And since there was no help in support centre i leaved it be 1 million gil wasnt so important i can earn gil myself but when i noticed yesterday i dont have road to 60 buff i contacted support centre again they said "Lousoix is no longer a preferred server, so it is entirely normal that you no longer have your Road to 60 buff." I asked my friends and people in novice network. They still had the buff why i dont have, they forwarded me to in game support.

I ended up with same problem. The time i went to home for spending time with my parents.

Now the reason i post here, at that week i was trying the game havent even decided to buy it. After some time off i returned university and bought the game.
About the eligibility there is no information about trial users in rules, in my opinion we shouldnt be judged by the time we were trying game. Because of i dont have the buff i have to do more quests and grinding to keep up with my friends and grinding isnt fun.

I want appropriate depertments to consider my situation and make the adjustments on my account.

Used to be that you would lose the Road to 60 Buff the moment your server was changed from New/Preferred to a standard world.
This was changed with recent patches: https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes...1d0833937e8b96 and https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes...eff925ea3d2d0e

Note that it says you had to log in within a week after patch 4.15 was released (Nov 21) to be able to keep the buff after that.

Since you apparently were away during that week you lost the buff, while the people who did play got to keep it.

Trial status or not does not seem to matter in this regard.

Don't expect game support to help you, since everything seems to have worked as intended.

You missing my point here there is no reference to free trials on rules. Since there is no reference about it in rules and i explained myself above let them decide please. I dont think many people come across a situation like this.

I did not see anything to indicate trial time had anything to do with you losing the buff.

Check this lodestone thats why i lost everything, i didnt get 1 million gil, i didnt get 15 days of free play time, i didnt get 10 silver chocobo feathers, i lost road to 60 buff. Thats not fair to me all of this because of i went to my hometown for a week and take some time off. At the time i havent even bought the game yet it was free trial. When i was playing free trial the gifts 15 days of free trial and others wasnt given to me. If the time i haven logged in at that time i was playing free trial counts , other gifts should have been given at character creation. There is a mistake here.

If the other gifts (1million gil, 10 silver chocobo feathers and play time)were given like road to 60 buff from the beginning everything is alright but they havent. If they not available at free trial then why me not logging in at free trial affects my eligibility at complete edition.
