Players cannot quit FC while they are not authorized to enter FC house

Declaration: This is not a bug annoying me, but someone posted on a Chinese FFXIV forum (link) and I think it's better to post it here since I believe it's important.

Bug details:
If a player in a FC is set in a rank that does not have authority to entering the FC house, that player has no way to demolish his/her personal chamber, which he/she created in the past when they did have the authority, then this player is prohibited from leaving that FC.

The original poster gives a story, as he/she says, there was one had this problem and that one had to *pay* the FC master 500K Gil to finally get out of that FC.

I believe this is not how the FC system works as development team intent, and I'm willing to see this issue gets solved before more players get such a horrible experience.

Yeah, make the chamber auto-demolish.
Just show a massage that he/she has a chamber and it will demolished by leaving the FC.
