Black List not working as supposed

Steps:
1. Adding a player to black list
2. Get thrown via party finder in a dungeon again with blacklisted player

3. A black list is useless when I do have to read from/play with such players again

I think that’s how it’s supposed to work since having it block players from ending up in parties together would really mess with random party finding. Like if one person has an enormous black list and someone else gets paired with them then it could wind creating delays for them and end up being a domino effect which would increase wait times across the board.
