I'm not sure when exactly it happened, but mob levels now scale above 60 for HW beastman daily quests. Experience awarded should scale up as well, but it doesn't.

I'm not sure when exactly it happened, but mob levels now scale above 60 for HW beastman daily quests. Experience awarded should scale up as well, but it doesn't.
Incorrect, exp awarded scales up as you increase level. I believe when you start doing Vanu/Gnath beast tribe quests at 50 it awards about 60k exp, when you get to closer to 70 it caps out at around 106k or so.
I'm pretty sure that ~100k cap hits at level 60.
