Disconnects Ruining The Game

I don't know what happened with the Shirogane patch but since then I have random dcs (90002 error) several times a day. FFXIV is the only game that has problems. Literally everything else is perfect.

I can't craft anything expensive anymore, I'm afraid to do roulettes with pugs, it messes up pulls in raids. I can't do any of the things I love in this game without the stress of some dc out of my control.

I have done everything short of reinstalling windows and I seriously doubt this will help. I'm far from the only person experiencing this. Others in my fc are having the same issues that began at the same time.

I am logging in less and less because of this. I likely would have taken a break if I didn't need to stay subbed to keep my house.

I have been waiting for several weeks for this to get fixed and nothing. At this point I wonder if it will. I love this game so much but the dcs are killing it slowly for me.

I am so demoralised.

Can you elaborate on the kind of disconnect you are having?

Please provide:

- Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
- Any error codes or messages you receive upon disconnect (if any)
- Type of connection (wired or wireless)
- Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
- Frequency at which disconnect occurs
- Where you are booted to after disconnect (Desktop, Start Screen, Character Select)

Can you also list everything you have tried to resolve the issue? Please provide as much info as you can.
