Suggestion: Free Company search function in-game.

Applying to guilds in Shirogane housing is impossible unless you find players who are standing out by aetherytes all day. Communities are dying in Shirogane housing because there's no placard available and you can't reach Shirogane at L1. In fact, you can only reach it at L61.

I know this because my guild has been standing AFK in front of the starting city aetherytes for THREE FULL WEEKS. We're exhausted, and we just want to play the damn game. As leadership I feel obligated to waste all of my time in front of these crystals, and it's frustrating.

Please offer a search function to allow players to apply to the guild within the game. That way, players don't need to find someone and hit "View Company" to submit an in-game application any longer. The search function would allow a direct application.

If you could also please offer a QR code or something showing FC Ranks the same way you do for PVP ranking.

i agree, should have a guild search function.
Not for shirogane or whatever, just search function for guild.

I imagine this is also stressful for FCs with no house on the server, and would solve their issue as well.
