Steps:
1. Pull Neo
2. Fight him a bit
3. When Ifrit-Egi used Radiant Shield, instead of giving the party the buff, it gave it to Neo Exdeath. So whenever we hit him, it gave us the physical vulnerability up debuff.
4. Complain because we're taking more damage? Also some people in the raid group were saying they were dealing 0 damage during the bug.
