☆MC Static looking for Tanks and Melee DPS ☆

We are currently looking for tanks who have cleared Deltascape V4 Savage (O4S), as we are currently progging Unending Coil of Bahamut.

☆Current Schedule (GMT+8)
Wednesday & Thursday 9PM -10PM
Friday 8:30PM - 11:30PM
Saturday or Sunday 8:30PM - 11:30PM
Monday 8:30PM - 11:30PM

☆Our goals are :
★Unending Coil (Bahamut) Progression and Tier 2 progression.
★Personal + team improvement & role optimization for fights through optimization runs, bending mechanics and practicing risk and reward to improve up time for DPS among classes.
★Consistent weekly clears with designated loot.
★Fun runs, alt-class runs, glamour runs and speed runs are extra activities included.

☆We are looking for people :
★Who have a productive mindset, patient and willing learn.
★To be able to try new things and experiment but most importantly be able to grasp & accept failures and grow from them.
★Who are punctual. On time for raids or letting us know in advance if you can't made scheduled times, so we can find a replacement and continue accordingly to schedule.
★Who are fun and friendly too! (Keeping a good mood in raids is great for team morality!)
★Who are able to join Discord voice calls. Speaking is not required but listening for call-outs and properly communicating is crucial to minimize miscommunication.
