Server Transfer Woes...
I started up again on 07-26-2017, and I am still getting told via mogstation when trying to transfer to Cactuar that my character has to be 90 days old to be eligible...
Its been.. 161 days now..
Is this system just that completely broken or do you need a ridiculous 90 days of play time and its just super poorly written, I've submitted a ticket but for some reason they take about 3 weeks to respond..
I came back so i could play with my friends.. its starting to become super annoying that all i can do is just cross party chat and only run dungeons when i'd like to be able to actually join up and play and bum around the world.

You should try posting this in the in game bugs or tech support area where you may get a helpful answer. If it's really bothering you try calling squeenix to get it fixed. That will get you the fastest results.
There are also quite a number of things that will keep you from transferring. Go to this page and scroll down a bit to see the list. It could be one of the things on that list stopping you.

It's 90 days from character creation on an incentivized world.

I saw someone recently post about having the same issue as you. I think they were told that this is a known issue with characters on preferred/recently preferred worlds. Maybe support will be able to help you out.

I would think that it requires 90 active days subscribed with the system not including unsubscribed days.
But anyway, this 90 day wait time is just ridiculous, 30 days is enough.

Hi, that was me :). I used to play about 5 months at the louisoix server. This is what i did, I filed a ticked via the suporter desk. Surprisingly ive got very quickly a response which verified that my restriction period has long past since yet they cant fix it via the game that i should file a bug repot on the forum. The bug forum was a challange for itself, first ive never used the forum before, last but not least i didnt got it correctly how to file the bug. I waited some days and got very upsett since it has been moved to accepted bugs, where it still is without any response. I filed another ticked, told them that i want what was promised and thinking of unsubing. Ive got the response as fast as the first time. One day later a gm at the game contacted me, they removed the road to 60 buff and i finally could leave. It was a lots of headaches.

Yea I've created 2 email tickets with auto responses of this is out of our support area to help.
The forums i haven't gotten an official response, but it was inside someone else thread about the same issue.
I finally tried in game support and they said they'd direct the ticket to a team that can help me but I've yet to hear anything back so far.
If i didn't try to wait it out so i could transfer i could have just re made on their realm but at the time it was locked and I've already gotten multiple classes to max and invested a lot of effort i prefer not to lose. Getting up to a high item level was a very trying time.
So I have pretty much learned they make great games but don't do great support, seems to be the consensus i get from about everyone...
Hoping i get a response today or at least this week..
