Make additional actions queable in combat

SE please make sprint and potions queueable in combat just like any other oGCD

Yeah, the Potion is a bit "forced" when you need to use it quick, sometimes doesn't even use it after pressing button like crazy. And it is impossible to double-wave it even with good connection.
