This may be stupid to ask....actually it is stupid. But how do you get these seals?
HW daily and weekly hunts. HW A/S rank hunts. Talk to the person by the hunt board at the Forgotten Knight in Ishgard.
To further this SB/HW hunt boards, SB one being right behind the Aether port in Kugane.
And SB hunts can also be picked up in Rhalgar's Reach, opposite the vendors that trade in tomestones and Omega parts.
Note: Each hunt vendor in these locations has a different list of items to buy, so check out all of them. Happy hunting :)
