[Request] Please change Savage loot restrictions and pages exchanges

A common occurrence this tier is the frequency of two chest only parties. This partly stems from the general ease of Omega relative to preceding tiers, though the higher ilvl preference in odd numbered patches is another factor. Unfortunately, inexperienced raiders are indirectly punished when asking for help. More than a few friends have asked or expressed interest in my subbing yet their respective statics don't want to lose out of coffers—loot they need to consistently progress. Which poses at another problem; raiders are essentially encouraged to only one with their statics yet the game discourages only playing with a select group everywhere else. It all seems a bit... odd, at least to me.

So what changes do I purpose?

• 0-2 Previously cleared players will not impact coffers (Two coffers drop)
• 3-4 Previously cleared players will impact coffers (One coffer drops)
• 5+ Previously cleared players will impact coffers (No coffer drops)

This allows experienced raiders to help or even just participate in PFs when looking to keep themselves occupied without hurting loot distribution. It still limits the potential abuse since two top tier raiders can only do so much if the remaining six underperform.

Moving on another source of annoyance; I have nothing to spend my pages on. In both Creator and Omega, I acquired my legs from Cruise Chaser and Halicarnassus—including for the alt jobs I play regularly enough. By the eight week marker, I had absolutely no use for V3S anymore since you only really buy legs and the occasional Twine.

Therefore, I propose allowing us to use higher tier books to purchase lower tier gear. It could remain a 1:1 exchange, though I'd be in favour of it costing less, especially with the sheer amount of O1S pages you require if RNG decides to hate you. For example sake....

Like I said, you could perhaps adjust those amounts if it's too lenient but just the option itself would be nice. Honestly, I hope future odd patch Primals drop accessories alongside a weapon.
