When a ticket is created for further assistance that needs additional attention, or for the customer to provide personal information, it will be moved here to indicate that such a ticket has been created.

Once the ticket associated with the thread has been resolved through the Support Center, self-resolved, or abandoned, the thread will be moved to the appropriate subforum to indicate the resolution.
