Have not receive any Gold Chocobo Feathers

I have 9 friends invite accepted and have not only receive so far gold chocobo feathers for 5 friends invite? Is something wrong? My mogstation account shows I have 9 friends invite I am missing 20 gold chocobo feathers?

You only get the feathers if they buy subscription of at least 30 days playtime.
Free playtime doesn't count, only payed playtime.

Iirc there is also a limit on how often you can get feathers for friend
