Repair All Equipped Gear (self)

It would be nice to be able to repair all gear you are wearing yourself (provided you have the proper level craft necessary) without having to first take it off. And to be able to repair everything repairable by X craft at once like you can do on other people.

Also, I know it wouldn't make sense to be able to repair some of your equipped gear yourself, mainly BSM hammers =P.

some gear cant be equip for certain craft :) How abt 'repair button' would activated on micro menu after u switch to any crafter. a list of repairable gear for the crafter would pop after u click or press on the button.

I do like the repair what you have equipped, but if that is not possible at this time...

How about a new option in the menu called "Repair Gear".
This option is only enabled when you are using a class that can repair items (DoH Only).

Once you click on "Repair Gear" a new window pops up with any gear that can be repaired by that class in the order of worst % to best %, so you can easily find the gear you need to repair.

I'd be happy with this too because it sure as hell beats scrolling to find that one item that needs to be repaired.

How about we just get rid of this cumbersome and annoying feature?

Really though, I don't mind it as much in its current state, and we do need do give crafters something to do, but it sometimes just feels like such an arbitrary limitation. Like your punishing people so that the crafters can feel important instead of making them justafyably helpful. Like with Materia. I feel that's the right direction. Make them helpful to improve your character rather than being the pit crew.

Whatever, I'm probably over thinking it. It's not even a big deal now sense the damage rate has been lowered so much.

I never understood the point of switching a class to a repair, I understand having a certain level class to repair an item, but the ability to repair should be cross-class, if an item needs, for example a level 40 Leatherworker to be fixed, and you have a lvl 40+ Leatherworker, you should be able to fix that item even while on a lancer, forfeiting the repair exp, ofcurse, to prevent abuse.
