PC vs PS4 Issues

I have a friend that got the game for PC today. Previously they'd played on PS4. They've had no issues with disconnects on PS4, but since they've been playing on PC they keep disconnection. Is there any particular thing that they can try to help with the connection issues? They're using a direct connection and are running directx 9

- Any error codes or messages you receive upon disconnect (if any)
- Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
- Frequency at which disconnect occurs
- Where you are booted to after disconnect (Desktop, Start Screen, Character Select)
