[CHAOS][LFM] 5/8 static, Ultimate prog and future content (LF melee, caster, tank)
We are a mid-core static on Phoenix (Chaos/ EU Data Center) and we are looking for 3 members to fill our roster for O4S weekly clear, Ultimate progression and future content (4.2+ Omega Savage).
O4S clear or enrage experience is required (we can get you a win if you know the fight). No previous experience on Ultimate is required. Cross-server PF is possible, so you don't need to be on Phoenix to join.
We are looking for 1 melee DD (DRG, MNK or SAM), 1 caster DD (SMN or RDM) and 1 tank (PLD,WAR or DRK). UPDATE: The group is currently full.
Who we are:
We are a group of people who enjoy the challenge of the harder content in the game and improving ourselves, all while having fun together. We are not hardcore, but aim for meaningful progress during our events.
Three of our members have been raiding together since Coil, one of us having joined for Alexander Savage, and one now for Omega Savage. Our goal is to clear the current Ultimate, hopefully before the release of the next Savage tier,
and then continue on to the new Savage tier and eventually to the next Ultimate fight.
What we expect from you:
You should know your job and be confident that you can clear the content with some practice. We do not expect perfection, but we do expect our members to be motivated and willing to work on their performance,
and to be able to improve when necessary. Perseverance prevails: we are looking for people who bring good attitude and patience to events even if we hit a wall and must bang our heads on it couple times to get through.
We raid on Mondays and Wednesdays 7-9.30 pm and Sundays 6-9 pm, UK time. All our members are working adults, so we expect people to respect the schedule and show up on time.
We also expect people to prepare for the events with food and potions, and by studying guides. Outside of our events, we expect all the members to keep up with the gear progess, and have as good as possible gear and melds available for their raid job.
We use Discord for communication and the group language is English. Voice chat is required for events (listening at least is a must).
