Steps:
1. Completed first Duty after patch and only received 5 Allagan Tomestones of Creation of the 10 available for compleation. Ran several Duties and received no other tomestones of any kind.
2. Noticed the the reset timer started the countdown and even though I had only 5/450 available on Tomestones of Creation and over 1700 available on Tomestones of Verity. I can no longer gain any?
3. Ran several Duties on 11/29 and gained no Tomestones of any kind?
Reset timer is off and now I am locked out for a week without gaining Tomestones?

Do you by any chance have 2000 tomestones of Creation in total when you finished the duty that gave 5? Also keep in mind that Verity and Creation are only given for doing content at level 70. Under level 70, you can only get tomestones of Poetics, and under 50 you don't get any at all.

As for the reset timer: That one is always counting down to the weekly reset (which happens at the same time every week) regardless of wether or not you have earned any tomestones. It's just there to let you know how long it is until the reset.
